LIVINGSTON, N.J., June 12, 2026 — CoreWeave, Inc. (NASDAQ: CRWV), The Essential Cloud for AI™, today announced it has been selected for inclusion to the Nasdaq-100® Index, and is expected to join the index prior to market open on June 22, 2026.
The Nasdaq-100 Index includes 100 of the largest non-financial companies listed on the Nasdaq Stock Market and is one of the world’s most widely followed indexes.
