Michelle O’Rourke

Michelle O'Rourke is the Chief People Officer at CoreWeave, where she leads the company's global talent strategy, culture, and people operations. Since joining CoreWeave in 2021, O'Rourke has helped guide the company through a period of extraordinary growth, including its transition to a public company. She has scaled the organization while preserving the entrepreneurial, mission-driven culture central to CoreWeave's success.

O'Rourke has a firsthand understanding of what it takes to build an organization that can keep pace with extraordinary change, and a culture where people can do the best work of their careers. Prior to CoreWeave, she held HR leadership roles across financial services, healthcare, media, and technology, giving her a perspective shaped by different industries, challenges, and stages of growth. Her approach is grounded in giving great people the trust and opportunity to do ambitious work, and to grow alongside the companies they’re helping to build. She holds a B.A. in Human Services from Villanova University.
